These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of foxy-studios.com (the "Website") and the OnlyFans management services offered by Javór GmbH, trading as Foxy Studios ("we," "us," "our"). By using the Website or applying for our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website or submit an application.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to access this Website or apply for any of our services. By using the site you represent and warrant that you are an adult and that you are submitting any personal information voluntarily and lawfully.
2. About our services
Foxy Studios is a female-led OnlyFans management agency. We offer professional account management, 24/7 subscriber communications, content strategy, social media growth, public relations, and analytics services to a small selective roster of established creators.
Nothing on this Website constitutes a guarantee of revenue, subscriber count, or platform outcomes. We market on the strength of our process and case studies, not on income promises.
3. Application process
- You submit an application via our Website or scheduling link.
- We review your application against our internal criteria. Historic acceptance rate is approximately 0.4%.
- If we decide to proceed, we invite you to an introductory call.
- If both parties want to proceed after the call, we provide a written management agreement covering scope, fees, and obligations.
- The management agreement, not these Terms, governs the working relationship between Foxy Studios and a client creator.
Submitting an application does not create any obligation on either party. Either party may decline to proceed at any point before the management agreement is signed.
4. Fees and revenue split
Our standard model is a flat revenue split where the creator retains 55% of OnlyFans earnings and Foxy Studios receives the remainder for full-service management. There are no upfront retainers, hidden fees, or charges layered on top of the split. The exact terms applicable to a given engagement are set out in the relevant management agreement.
5. Term and termination
We operate on a month-to-month basis. Either party may terminate the management agreement with 30 days written notice. We do not offer or use long-term lock-in contracts. On termination we will hand back account credentials, content libraries, and any other materials in our possession within 14 days.
6. Use of the Website
You agree not to:
- Use the Website in violation of any applicable law or regulation
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Website or its underlying infrastructure
- Reproduce, copy, or republish material from the Website for commercial purposes without our written permission
- Use automated systems to scrape, mirror, or monitor the Website except with prior written consent
7. Intellectual property
All content on the Website, including text, graphics, logos, images, videos, and source code, is owned by Javór GmbH or its licensors and is protected by Swiss and international copyright and trademark law. The Foxy Studios name and brand marks are trademarks of Javór GmbH.
For client engagements, intellectual property rights in creator content remain with the creator. Operational deliverables produced by Foxy Studios (PPV scripts, calendars, ad creative, etc.) are licensed to the creator for use during the engagement under terms set out in the management agreement.
8. Confidentiality
Information shared with us during the application process, on calls, or under a management agreement is treated as confidential. We do not publish creator names, financials, or sensitive details without explicit written consent. Our team is bound by confidentiality obligations as a condition of employment.
9. Disclaimers
The Website is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Industry data, blog posts, and educational content represent our best understanding at the time of publication; the OnlyFans economy evolves quickly and we cannot guarantee that information remains current after the publication date.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Swiss law, Javór GmbH shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or lost subscribers, arising from or related to your use of the Website. Our aggregate liability for any direct claim relating to use of the Website is limited to CHF 100. For client engagements, liability limits are set out in the relevant management agreement.
11. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland, without regard to conflict of laws principles. The exclusive jurisdiction for any disputes arising under these Terms shall be the competent courts of the canton in which Javór GmbH is registered, subject to mandatory consumer protection laws that may apply in your country of residence.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates the most recent revision. Continued use of the Website after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
