Account Manager
The steady hand behind a small group of our creators — keeping the team aligned and the work moving.
What you'll do
- Own the relationship with a small group of our creators
- Coordinate their day-to-day across the team — content, chatting, marketing
- Keep projects on track, on time, and on-brand
- Be the calm, reliable point of contact when something comes up
- Track performance and report on what's working
You are
- Organized and dependable — you close the loop
- Excellent in written English; calm under pressure
- Comfortable with numbers and dashboards
- Discreet and professional with sensitive work
- Bonus: German or another European language
Social Media Manager
The engine behind our creators' off-platform growth — posting, growing, and building the community that turns followers into fans.
What you'll do
- Plan and post daily content across our creators' social accounts (Instagram, TikTok, Threads, X)
- Grow followings with on-brand content and sharp hooks — turn scrollers into subscribers
- Build and nurture community — reply, engage, and keep the comments alive
- Spot what's working and double down — trends, formats, best posting times
- Keep every account on-brand and inside each platform's guidelines
You are
- Fluent in social — you get formats, trends, and what makes people follow
- A natural community builder who genuinely likes talking to people
- Organized enough to run several accounts without dropping a beat
- Data-aware — you read the analytics and adjust
- Discreet and unbothered working with adult content
German-Speaking Chatter
Chatter:in (m/w/d) — du schreibst Deutsch auf Muttersprachniveau, bist empathisch und verkaufst durch echte Gespräche.
What you'll do
- Represent our creators in their DMs, in their voice
- Build real rapport with fans — conversation, not copy-paste
- Drive revenue through genuine connection, never spam
- Hit response-time and sales targets across your shifts
- Log conversations cleanly so the team stays in sync
You are
- A native or near-native German writer (English a plus)
- Naturally chatty and emotionally intelligent
- Sales-minded, but never pushy
- Reliable for your shifts — people are counting on you
- Discreet and unbothered working with adult content
