Foxy Studios is operated by Javór GmbH, a company registered in Switzerland ("we," "us," "our"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect personal data in connection with the website foxy-studios.com and the services we provide as a female-led OnlyFans management agency. We comply with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the revised Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (revFADP).
1. Data we collect
We collect personal data in three contexts: when you submit an application, when you correspond with us, and when you browse our website.
Application data
- Identity and contact details: full legal name, stage name, email address, phone number, country of residence
- OnlyFans-specific information you choose to share: account URL, current monthly earnings range, content niche, length of time on the platform
- Social media handles you list to help us evaluate fit
- Application form free-text answers
Communication data
- Emails you send to hello@foxy-studios.com or any of our team members
- Messages exchanged via WhatsApp, Telegram, Calendly, or any other channel you use to reach us
- Recordings of strategy calls, only when both parties have consented in advance
Technical data
- Anonymised analytics about website usage (pages visited, referrer, approximate location, device type)
- Essential cookies required for site functionality
- Server logs containing IP address and user agent, retained for security and abuse prevention for up to 90 days
2. How we use your data
We use the personal data described above for the following purposes, each grounded in a lawful basis under GDPR Article 6:
- To evaluate your application for our OnlyFans management services (legal basis: pre-contractual measures at your request)
- To deliver our management services if you become a client (legal basis: performance of a contract)
- To respond to your enquiries and maintain ongoing communication (legal basis: legitimate interest in providing customer service)

We do not sell your personal data. We do not use your data to train AI models or for any purpose unrelated to delivering our services.
3. Third parties we share data with
We rely on a small set of vetted processors to operate the business. Each processor has signed a data processing agreement with us and is bound to GDPR-equivalent standards.
- Netlify, Inc. — website hosting and analytics
- Calendly, LLC — strategy call scheduling
- Beehiiv, Inc. — newsletter delivery (only if you subscribe)
- Google LLC — limited Google Fonts and email infrastructure
- Our accountant and legal advisors in Switzerland — for billing, tax, and compliance
If you become a client, we may also share certain data with payment processors and platform-specific tools required to operate your accounts. The exact list will be disclosed in your management agreement.
4. International data transfers
Some of our processors are located in the United States. Where personal data leaves the European Economic Area or Switzerland, we rely on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards under Swiss law to protect your data.
5. How long we keep your data
- Application data from creators we do not work with: deleted within 12 months of the application date
- Client data: retained for the duration of the engagement plus 10 years thereafter, as required by Swiss commercial recordkeeping rules
- Newsletter subscriber data: retained until you unsubscribe
- Server logs: rotated after 90 days
6. Your rights
Under GDPR and revFADP you have the right to:
- Access a copy of the personal data we hold about you
- Rectify inaccurate or incomplete data
- Erase your data, subject to legal retention obligations
- Restrict or object to certain processing
- Port your data to another service in a machine-readable format
- Withdraw consent at any time, where consent is the legal basis
- Lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority or with the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC)

7. Cookies
We use only essential cookies and privacy-friendly analytics. We do not run advertising trackers, retargeting pixels, or third-party social media trackers on this site. If you block cookies, the site will continue to function.
8. Security
Personal data is stored on encrypted infrastructure with access restricted to authorised team members on a need-to-know basis. We use multi-factor authentication on all administrative accounts, encrypted backups, and routine security reviews. No system is perfectly secure, but we treat the protection of creator data as one of the most important obligations of an OnlyFans management agency.
9. Children
Foxy Studios services are intended exclusively for adults aged 18 or over. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If you believe we have inadvertently collected data from a minor, contact us and we will delete it immediately.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of the page indicates the most recent revision. Material changes will be communicated to existing clients in writing.
